Kelley Bryan and Alex Procope are returning faculty members for the upcoming Osgoode Certificate in Elder Law. This 5-day intensive, live and interactive online program begins on March 31, 2021. It is designed for lawyers, long-term care home personnel, physicians and nurses, law enforcement, social workers and allied health professionals.
Kelley will teach on Day 1 during the Introduction to Elder Law module. She will put into context the complex legal environment of elder law while addressing how COVID-19 has been affecting certain areas of concern.
Alex Procope is again co-directing this program with Jane Meadus, an institutional advocate at The Advocacy Centre for the Elderly. Alex will teach part of the modules on Substitute Decision Making, Common Elder Law Issues, and Effective Advocacy for the Elderly.
