The Osgoode Elder Law 2022 Certificate Program


Alex Procope and Jane Meadus again co-chaired the Osgoode Elder Law 2022 Certificate Program. The program was conduced online again, which permitted a stellar line-up of speakers who appeared from across the country. Alex taught the sessions providing an overview of capacity and substitute-decision making regimes and on professional responsibility.

PBP Lawyer Kelley Bryan also joined the program demonstrating bad interview techniques and teaching about complaints to regulated health professionals. The program also featured a keynote address by the Honourable Justice Marrocco, chair of Ontario’s COVID-19 Commission.
