Kelley Bryan appears before the Human Rights Tribunal in race discrimination case

Kelley made submissions to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, on behalf of a South Asian Peel Police officer who alleged racial discrimination in the context of a promotion.  Kelley asked the Tribunal to order the police force to disclose documents and information, including those relating to promotion of racialized officers.
